The PlanSA SAPPA portal now forms the Legal Point of Truth for RRR's over property in SA. Here we identify the technical and legal challenges in building this environment.
PlanSA have developed the South Australian Property and Planning (SAPPA) to form the "State Atlas" as required under the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act. This has moved us from the earlier Property Location Browder to SAPPA by joining the property and planning systems into a single environment. This now forms the legal point of truth for identifying our Rights, Restrictions and Responsibilities over land in South Australia. Here we identify the technical and governance challenges in making this transition.
