Where will Spatial Information Day take place?
Spatial Information Day is held at the Adelaide Convention Centre. For directions, parking, disability access, and public transport advice, visit the Adelaide Convention Centre's page here.
What time does the conference start and finish?
The Exhibitor Hall opens at 8.30 am, the first plenary session of the day begins at 9 am. The conference closes at 5 pm and happy hour takes place in the Exhibition Hall until 6 pm. You may refer to the conference program for detailed session timings.
Is food provided at the conference?
Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea are included in all registrations. Please inform us of your dietary requirements during online registration.
Where can I collect my badge?
Our registration desk is located outside Hall M and Hall N. Follow the signage in the Adelaide Convention Centre to locate our designated area.
Can I register for the conference on-site?
Yes. Please make your way to the registration desk where you can pay for your registration by credit or debit card. Cash and cheques are not accepted.
Can I register for a half-day conference?
No, half-day registrations are not accepted.
Is there a cloakroom?
Complimentary cloakroom and luggage storage facilities are available at the main reception of the Adelaide Convention Centre East Building and the reception of the West Building, serviced by Adelaide Convention Centre staff.
What is the dress code?
Smart casual or business casual are the dress codes.
Is there internet access?
No. Internet access is not provided. You are responsible for arranging your own internet.
